The Langtry Manor Business Women Awards TermsÂ & Conditions of Entry
Participation in the LMBWA is by the official entry forms only.
The LMWBA are open to any business or person working or living inÂ a Dorset and/or a BH postcode and to the far west boundary of the New Forest.
All sponsors and staff associated with the Awards or Langtry Manor Hotel are excluded from entering the Awards.
Attention should be paid to the entry criteria specific to each award.
Entries for more than one award may be submitted but separate entry forms and supporting statements and background materials are required.
The copyright of all materials assembled by the organisers of the competition will remain the property of the organiser and may be used for the purpose of publicising the awards.
If entrants wish any items sent with their entry to be returned, these should be clearly marked. Although the organiser will make every effort to return them, they cannot guarantee to do so.
If you are nominating a person for an award or are the nominee, your contact details may be shared between the sponsors.
All entrants must agree to publicity in respect to their entry both before and after the LMBWA Gala Dinner.
The judges reserve the right to withdraw or transfer the award at their absolute discretion.
Finalists will be need to be available to attend the LMBWA Gala Dinner on ThursdayÂ 19th May 2011, when the winners will be announced. Winners may be required to answer any questions put by the presenter and to make a maximum 60 second speach.
LM will require company information for all finalists which will be shown and used during the Awards Gala Dinner. All finalists will need to co-operate fully with LM.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence on their decision will be entered into. By registering and completing an entry for the awards you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Award winners may state in advertising/promotional activity and on their stationery that they are a winner but this must include the category and the year in which the award was won.
Winners of a previous year may enter the awards only in a different category to that category that they won.
